Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, including size, personalization, and pilot hole preferences—all sales are final. Unlike mass-produced retailers, we do not maintain a "ready-to-ship" inventory. Every item is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To ensure you are delighted with your purchase, we provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos, a digital proof for every listing so you know exactly what to expect.  Once you approve the proof, we then get to work. 

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement and file a claim with the shipping carrier, we require the following:

- Your name and order number.

- Clear photos of the damage to the product.

- Clear photos of the exterior and interior packaging (the box and padding).

Please email this information to ANDERSONCOASTALSTUDIOS@GMAIL.COM. Once received, we will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
